Sourdough Workshop ($120 /person)
Join us at for a complete workshop of sourdough! In this class we will break down the process from starter care to baking amazing nutritious bread.
You will come away with a mini starter kit with all the supplies you need to get started on your own sourdough journey. We can’t wait to see you there!
Sourdough Pie Workshop ($75 /person)
Join us for a sourdough pie class! We’ll make homemade sourdough crust, delicious Michigan fruit pie filling, and assemble a lovely pie to take home and bake! I’ll give you my best tips on how to make pie EASY, fun and delicious!
*Everything you need for class will be provided! Bring only an apron:)
Tuesday Evening 6pm - 8pm
Cinnamon Roll Workshop ($75 /person)
Join us for a sourdough workshop and create a lovely pan of sourdough cinnamon rolls! I’ll share all my tips and tricks from soft silky dough and our favorite cream cheese frosting to optimal rising time to fit your holiday schedule.
**tasting included** starter, guide and a wealth of sourdough knowledge.
